Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage

The Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage oversees food and beverage leaders and provides operational oversight and support to all of TPG Hotels and resorts Independent (non branded) properties located throughout the US. This individual is directly overseeing profitability, culinary training, menu development for new build full service hotels and signature restaurant concepts. Key areas of focus include ensuring financials stay within budgeted guidelines, leading and managing kitchen design, OS&E; specifications, menu and recipe development, recruiting and training of culinary talent. Additionally, this role supports fiduciary performance responsibility for culinary operations including all relevant cost metrics. This role also requires a polished communicator for interacting with ownership, corporate leaders, and property teams.
